As a Powerman Germany Falkenstein Duathlon participant I commit to abide by the sports and event orders of the DTU and the I.P.A., especially the German traffic regulations STVO an the host’s rules during briefing.
- I know and agree that I bear the sole responsibility for any of my belongings and equipment during the event and all related activities.
- I ensure that I am physically fit and that I have trained sufficiently for the contest.
- I exempt the organizers and helpers of the Powerman Germany Falkenstein Duathlon and the German Championship from any liability demands, as long as they are not covered by legal liability. This includes any indirect and direct damages as well as third party claims due to suffered injuries. This excludes damages due to gross negligent or intentional actions of the organizers and helpers.
- I know that the biking course is not completely closed for traffic. I therefore have to abide by the German traffic regulations STVO. The organizers are not liable for any damages caused by not abiding by those laws.
- Furthermore I exempt the organizers and helpers of the Powerman Germany Falkenstein Duathlons from any third party liability as far as third party damages are caused by my participation in the event.
- My personal data may be saved and processed automatically.
- I agree that photographs, film sequences, and interviews may be published or broadcast in any media without payment demands.
- I am aware that my participation holds certain dangers and that the risk of damaged belongings or serious injuries or even fatal accidents can’t be eliminated.
- Finally I declare that I have read this disclaimer carefully and in detail, and that I explicitly agree with its contents.
